Tuxsetup1.3-rc1 released

A new tuxsetup is available for download! Several major improvements and new features have been added in tuxsetup1.3 :

On the firmware side many changes were made and the audio daemon was completely refactored. This should improve overall performance and stability of your Tux.
The firmware updater has been improved and has an added audio flash upgrade function to make sure upgrading your Tux will go smoothly.
The new tuxsetup is ready to support the upcoming Skype gadget.
Tuxgi has been removed from this release and been replaced by the Controller and Audio Flash tool in the the Gadget Manager.
