battery issue-2?

When I switch the tux on (battery only) it gives a clicking sound. (empty battery?)
When I plug in the main power it says "helo" and repeats this over and over again. The wings are moving, slow and with great difficulty.
Also when I leave the battery charging for longer time.
Please advise me.

marcel, i had the same symptoms with my tux droid recently, and for me it seemed to be a problem with the battery pack (the original pack didn't fully charge, and decharged really fast; kysoh support sent me a new one). after exchanging the battery pack, my tux droid is working fine again.
