I've been trying to set up my computer to output sound via USB, after selecting USB Audio, when I click "test", I get the following error, I don't know if its my PC or what, any suggestions?

audiotestsrc wave=sine freq=512 ! audioconvert ! audioresample ! gconfaudiosink: Could not open resource for writing.

Also, what network port does Tux use to check the weather and stuff like that?
