I'm note sure if they are stuck or what, but I have a new Tux and the Wings do not move at powerup and they cannot be move by the Controller.  On startup, it sounds as if the motor is energizing but the wings are not moving.  I don't want to force anything and risk making the problem worse. Can anyone suggest how I can fix this or determine that Tux needs to be repaired/replaced?

Just to be clear, there is no motor sound when the controller is used to move the wings.

If they don't move at all, you can't really make it worse
You can try lower/raise them manually, just apply the force equally on both wings at the same time, it shouldn't be too hard. I don't think it'll help much but worth to try anyway.
Otherwise better send it back.
