problem on Ubuntu hardy(8.04 beta)

Posted by MGdesigner at April 09. 2008
Hi every one,I upgraded my Ubuntu into ver.8.04 and upgrading tuxsetup to 1.3rc ,but I have problem getting Tuxdroid to work. :(

First is that Tuxfw runs without running tuxd first,so I need to manually sudo tuxd.Even it will appear some errors sudoing tuxd:
===============================================
sudo tuxd
[sudo] password for mgdesigner:
tuxd 0.3.2 (SVN/UNRELEASED)
Copyright (C) 2007 KySoH S.A.
TCP socket: opened
client 0 connected
client 0 connected
warning: USB: Command ignored : RF disconnected
warning: USB: Command ignored : RF disconnected
===============================================

Second is that updating firmware always failed on no finding update file .

Hi,
Have a look at this post :  http://www.tuxisalive.com/tux-droid-forum/copy_of_forumtopic1/899930607

You'll see why tuxd and tuxosl doesn't start on hardy and a way to have them start automatically again.

Then try again to update the firmwares.

Good luck ^_^
