Hi,



I placed an order (EU-1616-05022008) on 5th February and have heard nothing yet. I emailed a few days ago but didn't get a response to that either.



Please could you do me the courtesy of replying to this and let me know when you will be shipping the order - and that you have deducted the "express delivery" charge.
