He connects to a server, if you want it join into a channel, and hesays what the peaple says (normal conversation or /me action).

In line 33 you can choose the irc server, in line 34 you can choose the channel (or comment if you don't want to join into it), in line 35 there is the botname (default: user_tuxdroid). In line 37 you can choose if open and close the mouth every time that he have to say somethin (mouthOpenAndClose=True or False).
