Noticed that teh latest version on svn requires a firmware upgrade. Also noticed that the test program now needs to be run as root as otherwise it cannot detect the usb device. Probably there also should be an error message if the fux is not detected.

For having the tux_driver work directly in user mode, it is necessary to add a rules file in udev (like the old dongle)
Sorry for the savage commits of this change. (HID version is very important for the compatibility with all OS)
